A client’s own message history is already sitting in their archive — both sides of conversations they were part of, with no discovery request required. It can become a usable, court-ready document from day one of the case.
See what the document looks like
Extracted from a real Facebook Messenger archive — 155 conversations, 1,728 messages. This sample includes 16 representative conversations with synthetic names and content. Timestamps, participant counts, and archive file paths are preserved exactly as recorded. The full 155-entry table of contents is intact, with hyperlinks remapped to the nearest included conversation.
Flip through to see the table of contents and conversation chapters. On desktop, click any contact name in the table of contents to jump directly to that conversation.
What the Messenger document contains
Every message is included, attributed, and timestamped. Nothing is filtered or summarized — the archive owner’s complete message history with every contact is reproduced exactly as it was exchanged.
What sets a Messenger document apart
A Messenger document is not just a transcript. It preserves what happens to a conversation after it is sent, and it makes a client’s own message history usable long before a case reaches formal discovery.
What Happens When the Other Account Disappears
The archive owner’s own messages are always present — it’s their own copy of their own data. In the considerable majority of cases the other person’s side survives too, including after that account has been deactivated.
Available Before Formal Discovery
A client’s own message history with any contact is already in their archive. It can be transformed into a usable document at the very start of a case, without a discovery request or even the other party’s cooperation.
Organized by Contact, Not by Date
Each conversation becomes its own chapter, named for the contact. An attorney working a single relationship in a case can go straight to that conversation instead of searching a single chronological feed for the right exchange.
What scrolling Messenger doesn’t show you
A screenshot shows one side of a conversation, at one moment, with no way to verify it. The archive shows the whole exchange — and what happens to it after.
